Penis Lengthening in Thailand

Penis lengthening (Long Penis) is a male plastic surgery operation that alters and improves the appearance of the male genitals. This is a relatively new field in aesthetic surgery, but with time, this sort of operation has gained popularity. Many patients feel constrained in their sexual relationships and are frightened by circumstances involving swimming or sports.

Some men think their penis is too thin. This is frequently corrected, either as part of an extension surgery or on its own. Transplanting dermis or fat into the penile shaft might thicken it. The size of the thickened area is determined by how much fat remains in place. As a rule of thumb, 30%-50% of the fat injected remains in place permanently. The final result will be seen in three months. If the patient desires additional thickness, a touch-up surgery is indicated in 12 months.

Preparation before surgery:

During consultation, the medical history, physical examination, and laboratory tests will be assessed, including allergies, major medical conditions, and all drugs (prescription and non-prescribed).
 Avoid smoking for 3-4 weeks before surgery since it can disrupt circulation and hinder healing.
 You may need to abstain from alcohol for a week prior to surgery and during recuperation.
 Avoid using medications including hormones, anticoagulants, anabolic steroids, and vitamins for 4-6 weeks before surgery to prevent complications. Avoid taking aspirin, anti-inflammatory medicines, and herbal supplements because they can cause bleeding.

Types of anesthetic use:
General anesthesia

Hospital admittance requires a one-night stay for surgeries performed under general anesthesia.

The surgery may take an hour or two.

During this procedure:

Penis lengthening surgery: The penis can be extended by a few centimeters or up to 25% of its length while resting. In some situations, an extension of 4 cm is conceivable. The length of the extension will not be determined until the surgery. The procedure is conducted under general or local anesthesia, with twilight sleep (sedation).

To lengthen the penis, the ligament that suspends it inside the body is relaxed, causing a portion of the penis to be evacuated and end up outside. The erectile tissue is then fixed in its new position, followed by interposition of fatty tissue to extend and support the penis during erection. Finally, the skin flap advanced to extend the penis skin at the base.

The technique makes no difference to erection ability. As long as no difficulties arise, the sensitivity of the skin and the head of the penis remains unchanged.

Recovery Period:

You will need to rest for the first 24-48 hours, following which light duties can begin.

You will be able to return to work within a few days.

Patients should wait 4-6 weeks before they begin sexual activity.

Risks and complications:

The most common issue is penile shortening, which occurs when the freely hanging penis reattaches to the pubic bone higher up on the corporal body. This problem can be reduced by placing fat as previously stated. Other consequences include loss of feeling, penis angling downward (due to lack of support), and hypertrophic scarring of wounds.
