Buttock Augmentation In Thailand

Buttock augmentation is a plastic surgery technique that employs buttock implants to increase the size and shape of the buttocks. Incisions can be made in either of the following locations: where the cheek meets the back of the thigh or along the buttock crease. The incision is typically made in the buttock crease, where scars are less obvious. The surgeon next builds a pocket large enough to accommodate the buttock implants. The implants can be put under or on top of the gluteus maximus muscle. Sometimes the surgeon conducts liposuction to improve the contour of the buttocks. After doing the identical surgery on the opposite buttock, the surgeon ensures that the buttocks are symmetrical and appear natural. He or she then closes the incisions with stitches.
Buttock enlargement surgery typically lasts 2–4 hours.
Type of anesthesia used:
General anesthesia in a hospital or clinic. Stay: Four nights.
Duration of stay in Thailand: 1-2 weeks
Risks and Complications: Surgical procedures involve some risk. Infection, disappointing results, severe bleeding, anesthesia-related reactions, and the necessity for second, or even third, treatments are among concerns associated with buttock implant surgery. The risks are minor, but complications, like any surgery, are possible.
Following a gluteal augmentation operation, you may suffer swelling and bruising in the buttocks for 2-3 days. Swelling and bruising will progressively fade over the course of roughly one month. You will need 4 to 6 weeks to fully recuperate and resume normal levels of activities.
To prepare for surgery, a medical history assessment, physical examination, and laboratory testing will be conducted during consultation. This includes any allergies, major medical conditions, and drugs (prescription and non-prescribed).

  • Avoid smoking for 3-4 weeks before surgery to improve circulation and recovery.
  • Stop drinking alcohol a week before surgery and during recovery.
To avoid complications before surgery, avoid using medications such as hormones, anticoagulants, anabolic steroids, and supplements for at least 4-6 weeks. Additionally, avoid taking aspirin, anti-inflammatory drugs, and herbal supplements, which might cause bleeding.
