Dr. Greechart Pornsinsirirak, MD, is a prominent figure in plastic surgery and a leading expert in gender reassignment surgery in Thailand. He began his medical education at Chulalongkorn University, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1984. He further specialized in general surgery, receiving his Doctor’s degree from The Medical Council of Thailand in 1991.
Building on his foundation in general surgery, Dr. Pornsinsirirak pursued a specialization in plastic surgery, earning another Doctor’s degree from The Medical Council of Thailand in 1994. His expertise in this field led him to a distinguished career at Yanhee Hospital, where he served as the Head of the Plastic Surgery Department for 20 years, from 1998 to 2017. Under his leadership, Yanhee Hospital became a renowned center for plastic surgery, particularly known for gender reassignment surgeries.
In recognition of his contributions to the field, Dr. Pornsinsirirak became a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) in 2018, with ASPS ID 153725.
